My aquarium arrived with one corner damaged, my first reaction was that sinking feeling like, “Great, this is going to be a headache.” I sent Waterbox some photos, and they got back to me really quickly. They took care of the replacement part without dragging it out or making me jump through hoops. Shipping issues happen, and my gut says a company shows who they are by how they handle them. Waterbox handled it well, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I was trying to find a certain Waterbox tank, and weirdly enough most of the sizes were actually in stock, so that was good. A couple of the add-on things I wanted weren’t available though, which was kind of a bummer. But the site was easy to look through, and I got what I needed without having to wait forever. I’d probably use them again.

I do like the reef system. It looks clean, runs quiet once you get everything dialed in, and the tank and stand both feel sturdy. That said, I don’t think it’s unfair to say the plumbing could be easier to adjust, because it took more messing around than I expected. The sump area is also tight if you’re planning to add extra equipment, which is a little frustrating. It’s not a bad setup at all, and I’m not saying I regret buying it, but for the price, I think expecting a bit more is reasonable

I’ll admit I’m picky about things being done right, but this still took way longer than I expected. It eventually got sorted out, but the whole process felt dragged out and kind of frustrating.

Uh, I wasn’t too impressed with this. It started leaking pretty much right after I set it up, which was really frustrating. I expected it to work better than that

Had an issue with my order and it took a few emails to get everything sorted out. Ngl, the wait was kinda annoying, but they did fix it in the end, so I appreciate that.

The instructions were clear enough for me to follow without much trouble. Based on this experience, I’d assume most people would be able to figure it out easily too.

The silicone seams do look clean and even, which I definitely appreciate. It gives the product a neat, well-finished feel. That said, I’m still kind of on the fence overall and need to see how it holds up with more use.

The tank itself looks really good, I’ll give it that. I remember setting it up and thinking, okay, this was worth the money. But then I had to deal with the warranty side of things, and that’s where it got annoying. I sent over the photos, order details, all the stuff they asked for, and then it was just days of waiting for these short replies that didn’t really answer what I was asking. It did get sorted out eventually, so there’s that, but I felt like I had to keep nudging them the whole time. For the price, I expected the support to be a lot smoother.

I’ve had my Waterbox tank up and running for a little over two years now, so I feel like I’ve had enough time with it to give a fair opinion. Overall, I’ve been really happy with it. The glass still looks nice and clear, and the seams all still seem solid, which was one of the things I cared about most when I first bought it. The cabinet has picked up a few small marks here and there, but nothing that really bothers me or stands out unless I’m looking closely. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for everyday use and how it has held up over time, I’d say I’m satisfied with it...

Shipping was quick, i didn’t have any issues at all. Everything showed up just fine.

My order went through without any issues and it did arrive okay, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. The only thing that felt a bit frustrating was the communication. Updates came across slow, and I had to reach out myself to figure out what was going on. Nothing went wrong in the end, but the tone of the experience felt a little uncertain because the updates just weren’t very clear.

The design is clean and it definitely looks good, which is nice if you mainly plan to just admire it. Using it day to day is a bit more awkward than I expected, especially when it comes to cleaning certain parts. Not a dealbreaker, but I do wish practicality had gotten as much attention as the appearance.

I’m still happy to have it, but I’d probably raise the issue with the seller or manufacturer before buying another one.

The box arrived dented, and it didn’t seem like there was Enough padding inside to protect it well. Kinda disappointing...

My tank showed up in really good shape, and I felt relieved seeing how carefully the driver got it off the truck. The packaging was solid, and nothing was cracked, damaged, or missing, which was a big worry for me. I’m giving 4 stars only because the delivery window changed once, and I had to rearrange my day around it, which was frustrating. It wasn’t the end of the world, but still a little annoying. Overall though, everything was handled well and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered my stand from Waterbox Aquariums and set aside an afternoon to put it together, figuring it might be a bit of a project. Once I got all the pieces laid out, things actually went smoothly. Everything lined up the way it was supposed to, and as I started tightening it all down, it really began to feel sturdy. It did take me a little longer than I expected, but that was mostly because I was taking my time and double-checking everything as I went. The instructions were clear enough to get through without much frustration. By the time I had it finished and sitting under the tank, I was really happy with it. It feels solid, looks clean, and gives the whole setup a nice finished look.

I set up my Waterbox tank last week, and the first thing that jumped out at me was how clear the glass is. There’s no odd green tint like I’ve seen on some other tanks, so the fish, rock, and overall aquascape look much sharper from both the front and sides. I’m usually cautious with aquarium purchases because a bad tank can turn into an expensive problem fast, but so far this one feels like a solid choice. Very happy with it
